  • Qualified telephone consultation for our B2B customers in all matters
    our digital solutions (inbound/outbound)
  • Continuous development of customer relationships and proactive
    Addressing the assigned customers
  • Checking, evaluating and entering customer and product information
  • Professional acceptance and clarification of complaints and customer suggestions
  • Acquisition support of the sales team as assigned key account for
    our partner
  • Close coordination with our sales team and other company divisions

What you bring with you!

Ideally, you already have a background in the construction sector, but alternatively you are a career changer with a high degree of willingness to study new product worlds yourself.

  • A qualified commercial apprenticeship as well as professional experience in the
    in the service sector and in telephone customer care
  • You enjoy talking on the phone and dealing with people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as
    very good comprehension skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation, high level of reliability and a
    and sense of responsibility
  • Practised handling of modern means of communication and use of current
    of current software solutions
